Refund Policy
IIMM, an education service company, adheres to all government regulatory requirements, providing high-quality education and consultancy services globally. As a USA and UK accredited institution, we prioritize offering a safe and stimulating environment at a reasonable price. Our commitment to transparency is evident through the publication of fees online.
Purpose: This policy, in line with regulatory requirements, outlines guidelines for refunding enrolment fees, cancellations, and transfer requests for domestic and international students in IIMM programs.
Refund Activities:
- Refund is applicable if requested within 7 working days of enrollment, with a deduction of 2% gateway charges.
- After 7 working days, no refund is applicable for e-learning courses.
Provider Default: In the rare event of IIMM defaulting, unable to provide or continue a course, affected students will be enrolled in a similar course with full recognition for completed units.
Subject Transfers: Students can transfer to another subject at program commencement without penalty. Transferring to higher-priced courses incurs the original course’s price. Changing subjects alone makes students ineligible for special consideration.
Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 7 days of enrollment, with a deduction of 2% gateway charges, and are issued through the Original Mode of Payment.
